After a busy winter of incorporating and getting a non-profit status approved, the third Bolus and Barbells event was held in Miami, Florida during spring 2017. Over 20 participants gathered at Kendall Crossfit to learn more about personal resilience and resistance training. The group was surprised to learn that The Battle Axe had donated equipment for them to try (and succeed) at pulling a car! The group wrapped up the day by lifting together and setting a few PRs!
